BETTER LATE...THAN NEVER!

Yesterday was my stepdad's birthday. It was just a very simple celebration.

It's a little awkward when my mom first met this man. I don't like him! It was a year after my father died. I don't find him approachable and thoughtful.

But mom liked him. I saw her became happy with that man.

It took me a decade to learn liking him. We always had troubles at home when we're together. That's mostly the reason I kept leaving home. I tried to stay away from him but keep coming back because of mom.

The moment he lived with us, I went to Manila. I don't know what I am doing there but it's just one way of escaping the bad atmosphere we had at home.

I went to Promotions for Japan. I almost had a chance to go to Korea for an invitation to join a Music band but my Manager didn't allow me.

It took me 3 years before I had my visa released. I went out of the Promotion and waited for my visa at my relatives. STRESS- FREE LIFE

We have to accept that life is hard. It is normal. That’s what life is all about. And I don’t mean to say that you don’t deserve a better life.
Life is quite unpredictable. Surprises are always present today and we never know what lies ahead. Now we may laugh and later would cry.
Just like what happened to our late Senator Benigno Aquino Sr.,-he was the people’s choice. They believed in his passion of Idealism and people trusted his word and loved his actions. As they visualize that he is the key for freedom from the powerful regime of the late President Marcos, people draw nearer to him.
But one day, he was assassinated. The people’s hope and desire collapsed as if it was the end for all of us. Never knowing that the assassination was the only way people had walk as one, moved as one and shout for their rights as one. We became one nation when the people power revolution ignited.
We grieved for the lost and for the hopes that had been shattered. But now, the Aquino’s passion for service and Idealism of leadership continues.
Everybody wants a good life. We all want a stress- free life. There are those who struggled to achieve it and there are those who don’t want to work for it.
However, as we struggle to gain a good life, it becomes more complicated, only to find that in the end, life indeed is very hard. Only a few surpassed the difficulty, mostly are those who are optimistic. These are the people who expect the best possible outlook for any situation.
Nobody wants to have a hard life. But why is there such thing as this? It is merely because people are not contented. They want the best for everything. They wanted to rule others, having the attitude of being corrupt.
If only, contentment is there, and corruption is opt to be forgotten, and then we can have the peace of mind and start living a stress-free life.
